HPCL Graduate Apprentice Trainee Vacancy 2026 Salary / Stipend
Selected Graduate Apprentice Trainees will receive a total stipend of ₹25,000 per month.
This includes:
- ₹20,500 per month from HPCL
- ₹4,500 per month from the Government of India via DBT
No separate housing or other allowances will be provided by HPCL.

HPCL Graduate Apprentice Trainee Vacancy 2026 Eligibility Details
- Engineering Graduation from a recognized University/Institute.
- Degree must be completed on or after September 1, 2023.
- General and OBC-NCL candidates must have at least 60% marks.
- SC/ST/PwBD candidates must have a minimum of 50% marks.
- Candidates must be Indian citizens.
- Registration on the NATS 2.0 Portal is mandatory.
- Candidates who already have an Apprenticeship Contract with an institute are not eligible to apply.
- Candidates with work experience of one year or more will also not be eligible.
