Rewari Anganwadi Vacancy 2026 चयन प्रक्रिया

उम्मीदवारों का चयन विभाग द्वारा निर्धारित चयन समिति के माध्यम से मेरिट सूची के आधार पर किया जाएगा।

मेरिट तैयार करते समय निम्न बिंदुओं का लाभ मिलेगा—

• वास्तविक शैक्षणिक अंक
• उच्च शैक्षणिक योग्यता
• कार्य अनुभव (अधिकतम 5 अंक)
• विशेष श्रेणी की पात्र महिलाओं को नियमानुसार अतिरिक्त वरीयता

अनुभव पर अतिरिक्त अंक

यदि अभ्यर्थी पहले आंगनवाड़ी कार्यकर्ता, सहायिका या क्रेच वर्कर के रूप में कार्य कर चुकी हैं, तो प्रमाणित अनुभव के आधार पर अधिकतम 5 अतिरिक्त अंक दिए जाएंगे।

केवल WCDPO/DPO द्वारा जारी अनुभव प्रमाण पत्र ही मान्य होगा।

भर्ती के लिए जरूरी पात्रता

• केवल संबंधित ग्राम पंचायत/वार्ड की महिला अभ्यर्थी ही आवेदन कर सकती हैं।
• आवेदिका संबंधित ग्राम पंचायत अथवा शहरी वार्ड की स्थायी निवासी होनी चाहिए।
• आवेदन उसी रिक्त पद के लिए करें जिसके क्षेत्र में आपका निवास है।

Additional Educational Weightage

आंगनवाड़ी कार्यकर्ता (Anganwadi Worker)

• न्यूनतम योग्यता: 12वीं पास
• स्नातक (Graduation) होने पर 3 अतिरिक्त अंक
• स्नातकोत्तर (Post Graduation) होने पर 5 अतिरिक्त अंक

यानी यदि कोई उम्मीदवार केवल 12वीं पास है तो उसे अतिरिक्त अंक नहीं मिलेंगे। यदि वह ग्रेजुएट है तो 3 अंक और यदि पोस्ट ग्रेजुएट है तो 5 अंक मिलेंगे।

आंगनवाड़ी सहायिका (Anganwadi Helper)

• न्यूनतम योग्यता: 10वीं पास
• 12वीं (10+2) होने पर 3 अतिरिक्त अंक
• स्नातक (Graduation) होने पर 5 अतिरिक्त अंक

यानी यदि कोई उम्मीदवार 10वीं पास है तो अतिरिक्त अंक नहीं मिलेंगे। 12वीं पास होने पर 3 अंक और ग्रेजुएशन होने पर 5 अंक मिलेंगे।

महत्वपूर्ण: ये अतिरिक्त (Bonus) अंक हैं। मुख्य मेरिट Actual Marks के आधार पर बनेगी:

• कार्यकर्ता पद के लिए 12वीं के वास्तविक अंक
• सहायिका पद के लिए 10वीं के वास्तविक अंक

इसके बाद पात्र उम्मीदवारों को उच्च शैक्षणिक योग्यता और अनुभव के अतिरिक्त अंक जोड़कर अंतिम मेरिट तैयार की जाएगी।

Special Category Weightage

यदि कोई महिला निम्न में से किसी एक श्रेणी में आती है, तो उसे मेरिट में 10 अतिरिक्त अंक (Bonus Marks) दिए जाएंगे।

किन महिलाओं को 10 अतिरिक्त अंक मिलेंगे?

• विधवा (Widow) – जिनके पति का निधन हो चुका है।
• तलाकशुदा (Divorcee) – जिनका कानूनी रूप से तलाक हो चुका है।
• परित्यक्ता (Deserted Woman) – जिन महिलाओं को उनके पति ने छोड़ दिया है या जो हरियाणा सरकार के नियमानुसार “परित्यक्ता” श्रेणी में आती हैं।

ध्यान दें: इन श्रेणियों का लाभ लेने के लिए संबंधित महिला के पास सरकार द्वारा जारी वैध प्रमाण पत्र (Certificate) होना आवश्यक है।

मेरिट में अंक कैसे जुड़ेंगे?

उदाहरण के लिए यदि कोई उम्मीदवार आंगनवाड़ी कार्यकर्ता पद के लिए आवेदन करती है और—

• 12वीं के Actual Marks के आधार पर मेरिट बनेगी।
• Graduation है → +3 अंक
• 3 वर्ष का अनुभव है → +3 अंक
• विधवा/तलाकशुदा/परित्यक्ता श्रेणी में है → +10 अंक

तो उसे कुल 16 अतिरिक्त अंक (3 + 3 + 10) मिलेंगे, जो उसके Actual Marks के साथ जोड़कर अंतिम मेरिट तैयार करने में शामिल किए जाएंगे।

महत्वपूर्ण: यह 10 अंक केवल विधवा, तलाकशुदा या परित्यक्ता श्रेणी की पात्र महिलाओं को ही दिए जाएंगे। सभी महिला उम्मीदवारों को यह लाभ नहीं मिलेगा।

अंतिम चयन प्रक्रिया (Final Selection)

महिला एवं बाल विकास विभाग, हरियाणा द्वारा गठित चयन समिति संबंधित ग्राम पंचायत/शहरी वार्ड के लिए पात्र अभ्यर्थियों की अंतिम मेरिट सूची तैयार करेगी। चयन पूरी तरह विभाग द्वारा निर्धारित नियमों और विज्ञापन में दिए गए वेटेज के आधार पर किया जाएगा।
