Entrepreneurship Development Program by HKRNL and HKCL 2026: The Entrepreneurship Development Program (EDP) is a major capacity-building initiative jointly launched by Haryana Kaushal Rozgar Nigam Limited (HKRNL) and Haryana Knowledge Corporation Limited (HKCL) to promote entrepreneurship among the youth of Haryana.

The program aims to equip young aspirants with essential entrepreneurial knowledge, business management skills, mentorship support, and practical exposure to enable them to establish and scale their own enterprises. It aligns with the State’s vision of fostering a self-reliant, innovation-driven, and skill-based entrepreneurial ecosystem.

Entrepreneurship Development Program by HKRNL and HKCL 2026 Eligibility

• Haryana youth (18–35 years) possessing a valid PPP ID; preference to graduates, diploma holders, and ITI/college students.

Entrepreneurship Development Program by HKRNL and HKCL 2026 Program Structure

• The program offers a 240-hour, 12-week blended training (online and field work) with a batch size of 25 and bilingual delivery (Hindi/English), beginning initially in Panchkula, with the second phase planned for expansion across all districts of Haryana.

Entrepreneurship Development Program by HKRNL and HKCL 2026 Curriculum Includes

• Entrepreneurship foundation, business management, market linkage, business model development, financial literacy, technology and AI tools, digital freelancing, digital marketing, cyber security, AI tools for effective business management, professional ethics, soft skills, incubation support, scaling strategies, and a final capstone project.

• 1 Dec 2025 – 10 Feb 2026 (6 days/week) in two daily batches of 25 candidates each.
