1. The Quiz is open to all Indian citizens./ यह क्विज़ सभी भारतीय नागरिकों के लिए ओपन है।
2. The quiz will start as soon as the participant clicks on the ‘Play Quiz’ button./ जैसे ही प्रतिभागी ‘प्ले क्विज़’ बटन पर क्लिक करेगा, क्विज़ शुरू हो जाएगी।
3. The quiz will consist of 10 questions, to be answered in 300 seconds. There will be no negative marking./ यह एक समयबद्ध क्विज़ है जिसमें 10 प्रश्नों का उत्तर 300 सेकंड में दिया जाना है। कोई नेगेटिव मार्किंग नहीं होगी।
4. In case of any discrepancy or error in a question presented in a language other than English, the English version of the question shall be treated as final and binding./ यदि अंग्रेज़ी के अतिरिक्त किसी अन्य भाषा में प्रस्तुत प्रश्न में कोई विसंगति या त्रुटि पाई जाती है, तो प्रश्न का अंग्रेज़ी संस्करण अंतिम और बाध्यकारी माना जाएगा।

6. Participants need to ensure their MyGov profile is updated for further communication. 7. Each participant shall be permitted to play the quiz only once, either through a registered mobile number or an email ID. The same mobile number and email ID shall not be used more than once for participation./ प्रत्येक प्रतिभागी को पंजीकृत मोबाइल नंबर या ईमेल आईडी के माध्यम से केवल एक बार क्विज़ में भाग लेने की अनुमति होगी। भाग लेने के लिए एक ही मोबाइल नंबर और ईमेल आईडी का इस्तेमाल एक से ज़्यादा बार नहीं किया जाएगा।
8. In cases where a participant has played using both a mobile number and an email ID, only the one entry submitted shall be considered valid and eligible for the winner selection process./ उन मामलों में जहां एक प्रतिभागी ने मोबाइल नंबर और ईमेल आईडी दोनों का उपयोग करके क्विज में हिस्सा लिया है, केवल एक प्रविष्टि को वैध और विजेता चयन प्रक्रिया के लिए पात्र माना जाएगा।
9. Income Tax Department and MyGov has the right to modify or discontinue the quiz at any moment in the event of unforeseen events. 10. Participants must provide their name, email address, date of birth, correspondence address, and mobile number. By submitting their details, participants give consent to these details being used for the purpose of the Quiz./ प्रतिभागियों को अपना नाम, ईमेल पता, जन्म तिथि, पत्राचार पता और मोबाइल नंबर देना आवश्यक होगा। अपनी जानकारी सबमिट करके, प्रतिभागी इन जानकारी को क्विज़ के लिए इस्तेमाल किए जाने पर सहमति देते हैं।
11. The organizers reserve all rights to disqualify or refuse the participation of any participant if they deem participation or association of any participant detrimental to the quiz. The participation shall be void if the received information is illegible, incomplete, damaged, false, or erroneous./ आयोजकों को यह पूर्ण अधिकार सुरक्षित है कि यदि वे किसी प्रतिभागी की भागीदारी या उससे जुड़ाव को क्विज़ के लिए हानिकारक समझें, तो वे ऐसे किसी भी प्रतिभागी को अयोग्य घोषित कर सकते हैं या उसकी भागीदारी से इंकार कर सकते हैं। यदि प्राप्त जानकारी अस्पष्ट, अधूरी, क्षतिग्रस्त, झूठी या गलत है तो भागीदारी अमान्य होगी।
12. Income Tax Department and MyGov will not accept any responsibility for entries that are lost, are late or incomplete or have not been transmitted due to computer error or any other error beyond the organizer’s reasonable control. 13. Employees of Income Tax Department and MyGov or employees directly or indirectly connected with the hosting of the quiz are not eligible to participate in the quiz. 14. The Winners Selection will be conducted through a system-generated randomization method to ensure fairness and transparency. All participants who meet the mentioned quiz-winning criteria, including all correct answers and submission within the stipulated time-frame, will be included in a centralized pool of eligible entries. Winners will be selected solely through an automated random selection process./ विजेताओं का चयन निष्पक्षता और पारदर्शिता सुनिश्चित करने हेतु सिस्टम जनरेटेड रैंडमाइजेशन पद्धति से किया जाएगा। निर्धारित समय में सभी सही उत्तर देने वाले प्रतिभागियों को पात्र प्रविष्टियों के केंद्रीकृत पूल में शामिल किया जाएगा और चयन पूर्णतः स्वचालित प्रक्रिया से होगा ।
15. Organizer’s decision on the Quiz shall be final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the same./ क्विज़ पर आयोजक का निर्णय अंतिम और बाध्यकारी होगा और इसके संबंध में कोई पत्राचार नहीं किया जाएगा।
16. Participants need to have regular checks on the content for all the updates./ प्रतिभागियों को सभी अपडेट के लिए कंटेंट की नियमित जांच करनी होगी।
17. After successful completion, the participant could auto-download a digital participation certificate recognizing their participation and completion./ इसके सफलतापूर्वक पूरा होने के बाद, प्रतिभागी अपनी सहभागिता और पूर्णता को पहचानते हुए डिजिटल सहभागिता प्रमाणपत्र को ऑटो-डाउनलोड कर सकते हैं।
18. By participating in the Quiz, the participants shall abide by all the terms and conditions of the quiz competition, including any amendments or further updates./ क्विज़ में भाग लेने से, प्रतिभागी क्विज़ प्रतियोगिता के सभी नियमों और शर्तों का पालन करेंगे, जिसमें कोई भी संशोधन या आगे का अपडेट शामिल है।
