Ayushman Card Download 2025: The Ayushman Bharat Card Scheme was launched in 2018. Under this card, citizens from the economically weaker section can avail free treatment up to ₹5 lakh in empanelled private hospitals. Under this scheme, those from the economically weaker section whose annual income is less than ₹180,000 can get their card made. Changes have been made to recognise the annual income for the Ayushman Card. Previously, all families with an annual income of less than ₹1.8 lakh as per their family ID were eligible for the Ayushman Card facility. But now, according to the new update, the Haryana government will provide the facility of Ayushman Card to all those families whose annual income in the family ID was up to ₹3 lakh.

Ayushman Card Yojana का उद्देश्य

• हमारे देश के गरीब परिवारों में कोई भी बड़ी बीमारी (स्कीम के तहत आने वाली बीमारियाँ) होने पर, पैसे की तंगी की वजह से वे हॉस्पिटल में इलाज नहीं करवा पाते, और इलाज का खर्च नहीं उठा पाते।
• इस स्कीम के ज़रिए ऐसे सभी लोगों को 5 लाख रुपये तक की हेल्थ इंश्योरेंस मदद दी जाती है, ताकि ऐसे सभी लोगों को हॉस्पिटल में मुफ़्त इलाज मिल सके। गरीब परिवारों की हेल्थ प्रॉब्लम सॉल्व हो सकें, और बीमारी (स्कीम के तहत आने वाली बीमारियाँ) की वजह से होने वाली मौत की दर कम हो सके।
• आयुष्मान भारत योजना के ज़रिए देश के आर्थिक रूप से कमज़ोर परिवारों को हेल्थ इंश्योरेंस देकर पैसे की मदद की जाती है, और बीमारी (स्कीम के तहत आने वाली बीमारियाँ) की वजह से होने वाली मौत की दर कम हो जाती है।

Ayushman Card Yojana के फायदे

• इस स्कीम के तहत 10 करोड़ से ज़्यादा परिवारों को कवर किया जाना है।
• इस स्कीम के तहत गरीब परिवारों को 5 लाख रुपये तक का हेल्थ इंश्योरेंस दिया जाता है।
• सरकार दवाइयों का खर्च उठाएगी, और 1350 बीमारियों (जो स्कीम के तहत आती हैं) का इलाज किया जाएगा।
• इस स्कीम का फायदा उठाने के लिए आपको पैसे देने की ज़रूरत नहीं है।
• इस स्कीम के ज़रिए, आर्थिक रूप से कमज़ोर लोगों को अपना इलाज करवाने के लिए पैसे की चिंता नहीं करनी पड़ेगी।

Ayushman Card Yojana आय मानदंड

इनकम फैमिली ID 1 लाख 80 हज़ार या उससे कम वेरिफाइड है:-

• इस आयुष्मान कार्ड के लिए कोई सालाना फीस नहीं देनी होगी।

इनकम फैमिली ID 1 लाख 80 हज़ार से ज़्यादा और 3 लाख तक वेरिफाइड है:-

• ऐसे में सालाना फीस के तौर पर 1500 रुपये देने होंगे।
