• Manager (Company Secretary): Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI), 3 years of experience.
• Manager (Security Officer): Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with 5 years’ experience as an officer in the Indian Army/Navy/Air Force not below the rank of Captain (in the Army and subsequently in other Indian forces) or at least 5 years’ experience as an officer in the Paramilitary Forces not below the rank of Deputy Commandant.
• Senior Manager (Credit Senior Manager): Graduation with 60% marks and MBA (Finance/Banking)/PGDBM/PGDBA/CA/ICWA/CFA with 5 years’ experience in credit appraisal and monitoring in a Scheduled Commercial Bank.
• Senior Manager (Forex): Graduation and MBA (Finance)/CA/CFA with 5 years’ experience in Forex/Treasury operations in a Scheduled Commercial Bank.
