• Candidates will be selected according to the regulations of the Haryana Government, UGC, and Gurugram University. The selection process may include scrutiny of applications, document verification, assessment of academic qualifications, and an interview.

NBGSM College Recruitment 2026 Eligibility Details

The college will recruit for a total of 8 Assistant Professor positions. The subject-wise details of the positions are as follows:

• Three positions have been allocated in the Commerce subject, including one position for the BC-A category, one position for the General category, and one position for the DSC category.
• One position has been allocated for the EWS category in the Geography subject.
• There are a total of 2 positions in the Hindi subject, with one position reserved for the General category and one for the OSC category.
• One position has been allocated for the DSC category in the Sanskrit subject.
• One position has been allocated for the General category in the Political Science subject.

Educational Qualification

• The educational qualification, age limit, and other eligibility conditions for the post of Assistant Professor will be as per the notifications issued by the Haryana Higher Education Department (DGHE), Panchkula, dated November 11, 2022, December 12, 2022, and April 18, 2023.
• Generally, for the post of Assistant Professor, a candidate must have a Master’s degree in the relevant subject with at least 55% marks. They must also have passed the NET, SLET, or SET examination as per UGC regulations. Candidates with a Ph.D. may be exempted from the NET requirement as per UGC Regulations.
• Candidates are advised to carefully read the official advertisement and DGHE eligibility notifications before applying.
