Salary / Stipend
Pay scale as well as other allowances (like DA, HRA, etc.) may also be applicable as per government rules, complete details of which are available in the official notification.
- For regular posts, PGTs will receive Pay Level-8 (basic pay of ₹47,600/-), and TGTs will receive Pay Level-7 (basic pay of ₹44,900/-), along with applicable allowances.
- For contractual posts, the consolidated salary varies according to the notification: ₹63,758/- per month for Counsellors, ₹46,720/- for Music Teachers/Band Masters, and ₹38,250/- per month for several other posts. The salary for LDC is ₹31,840/- per month.
Selection Process
Candidates will be selected through a multi-stage process, the details of which are given below. Only candidates who clear each stage will be considered eligible for the next stage of the selection process.
- Eligible candidates for the Sainik School Jhunjhunu Recruitment 2026 will be shortlisted and called for a written examination. This will be followed by a Skill Test/Class Demonstration and Interview for the applicable positions. The Skill Test and Interview will be conducted only for those candidates who obtain the minimum qualifying marks set by the Recruitment Board in the written examination.
