DHBVN CONSUMER COMPLAINT FORM: Haryana Bijli Vitran Nigam (DHBVN) consumers can use the DHBVN complaint form to register their complaints. This form is available for electricity-related issues such as meter malfunctions, incorrect bills, line faults, or other technical problems.
When filing a complaint, consumers must provide their account number, contact number, and a description of the problem. Upon receiving the complaint, the DHBVN team provides a solution within 24-48 hours. If the problem remains unresolved, consumers can contact the toll-free number 1800-180-4343.
