Amid the ongoing conflict in the Middle East, fuel prices in India have been increased for the second time within a week, raising concerns over rising inflation and higher transportation costs across the country.
On Tuesday, oil marketing companies (OMCs) increased petrol and diesel prices by around 91 paise per litre. This comes just days after a sharp ₹3 per litre hike announced on May 15.
